"I just used McKinney Wrecker Services today. My jeep's serpentine belt broke while I was at the hunting club. I spoke With Sandra, she seemed really nice and helpful. She quickly dispatched someone to my location, and he got there in less than 15 minutes. My jeep was about a mile back in the woods. Fortunately, the road wasn't too bad. The gentleman driving the tow truck called a few places to make sure someone could fix it today. The price was reasonable. They get 5 stars based on my experience"

"I deal with a lot of heavy wrecker services. The folks in this industry typically have a very brash attitude and are difficult to get along with. 99 times out of 100, the customer does not get the benefit of the doubt and they use the urgency of what needs to get done against you. I can say, dealing with McKinney Wrecker was a fresh breath of air from the norm. Very nice people, they got the job done, and did it in a fair way. I'd highly recommend this business to anyone.
